iHaul Austin's Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services ("Services") provided by iHaul Austin's. The Services are accessible via phone number 512-864-4177, email iHaulaaustins@gmail.com, and at our physical address 111 Congress Ave., Suite 500 Austin, TX 78701. By accessing, using or obtaining any content, products, or services through our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
iHaul Austin's provides junk removal services, dumpster bag services, and dumpster rentals. We provide an upfront cost estimate prior to starting any work. We only collect payment for our junk removal services at the end of completion once the customer is satisfied. The dumpster bag services include pick up and disposal of waste up to 2000 pounds. For our dumpster rentals, we collect payment in advance to complete a booking on our schedule.
3. Payment
All payments for services rendered are non-refundable, considering the nature of the services provided. Payments can be made through the acceptable methods communicated by our team at the time of service booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Given the nature of the services, we do not offer refunds for our junk removal services and dumpster bag services. For dumpster rentals, if you cancel within 24 hours of the delivery date and time, you will be charged a $99 cancellation fee.
5. Damage Liability
Clients are fully responsible for any damages to our dumpsters or other equipment during the rental period and will be required to pay for any repairs or replacements needed as a result of such damages. iHaul Austin's is not responsible for any damages caused to property through the use of our services.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software related to the Services are the property of iHaul Austin's and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
7. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
iHaul Austin's reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to the website, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof.
